2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:

  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Digital Gujarat Scholarships may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who filed the original claim of infringement. If the original claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed content.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

4. Limitation of Liability

Digital Gujarat Scholarship will not be held liable for any claims of copyright infringement submitted under false pretenses or without legal justification. We also reserve the right to seek damages from individuals who file fraudulent claims under the DMCA.
